Chloe was born just outside of London, England, and at age three moved to New Jersey with her family, where she quickly developed the first "American" accent in the history of her family.

During her time in NJ Chloe developed a passion for learning Spanish, inspired by her peers and middle school Spanish teacher. She attended Elon University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in public policy with a focus on education reform, as well as a minor in Spanish. While at Elon, Chloe was afforded the opportunity to study at the University of Sevilla, in Spain, and intern with Amor Ministries in Tijuana, Mexico.

After college, Chloe began her journey in Charlotte as a Teach for America Corps Member, where she taught Spanish at Northeast Middle School for two years. At Northeast, Chloe loved forming bonds with students and families and coaching the girls' volleyball team to three glorious victories.

Chloe joined UrbanPromise in June of 2019, and is excited for the opportunity to grow alongside the families and communities of the South Boulevard area.
