Annalise is a passionate storyteller who serves as the Communications Manager for UrbanPromise. She earned a Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University and an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Liberty University. With over five years of experience serving the Charlotte nonprofit community and a background in communications, Annalise is dedicated to using her gifts to foster education equity.

A native of Augusta, GA, Annalise’s passion for education was inspired by her mother, a veteran teacher. She is an avid reader who credits books with building her imagination and a love for other cultures, as well as a music enthusiast who grew up in a household filled with songs. When she isn’t at UrbanPromise, she enjoys exploring Charlotte with her husband and daughter, discovering new coffee shops, and visiting local parks.
