Database and Stewardship Manager (Part-time)

As UrbanPromise’s Database and Stewardship Manager, you will be the backbone of our Development Team’s data integrity and donor stewardship efforts. You will manage all aspects of our donor database (Bloomerang), ensure accurate and timely gift processing, and will support the implementation of a comprehensive stewardship plan that deepens donor relationships and inspires continued generosity.

Middle School Coordinator (East site)

UrbanPromise Charlotte invites passionate and experienced leaders to apply for the full-time Middle School Coordinator position. The Middle School Director will organize, direct, and manage a Christian faith-based AfterSchool Program and Summer Camp for about 30 sixth through eighth grade students at one of UrbanPromise’s neighborhood sites. The Middle School Coordinator position is ideal for individuals with deep passion for equipping middle school students with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and Christian leadership. It is required that candidates are highly proficient in Spanish (or Burmese) and English.
