JACQUI BRYANT: Database & Stewardship Manager
jacqui@urbanpromisecharlotte.org
Calm Connector. Caring Steward.
Jacqui is a nonprofit fundraising veteran and relationship-centered leader who serves as Database and Stewardship Manager at the Central Office. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit organizations, she brings a depth of knowledge in fundraising operations, donor relations, and the systems that keep mission-driven work moving. She began her career in banking before finding her footing in work that gave back to the community — and she hasn't left that lane since.
At UrbanPromise, Jacqui ensures data is accurate and processes are efficient, while championing something she holds close: that donors deserve to be seen as partners in the mission, not just sources of a gift. She loves finding new and meaningful ways to say thank you.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Jacqui has called Charlotte home since 1990. Outside of UrbanPromise, she is a creative at heart — gardening, cooking, graphic design, interior design, and never too far from a good remodeling show. She loves vacationing with her family and finds joy in any project that lets her make something beautiful.
