For Tiyanna, UrbanPromise isn't just a job - it’s home. A Charlotte native and former StreetLeader (Class of 2016), she graduated from North Carolina A&T State University before launching her career in the banking industry. She returned to UrbanPromise as Middle School Director at Camp Love to move back to a career that fueled her purpose. She sees her role as ‘manager and mentor’ and is passionate about pouring back into the community that helped raise her.
Known as "TiTi," Tiyanna is a creator at heart who loves to make candles, do DIY projects and garden. Most importantly, she is a mother to her 3-year-old daughter, Zola. TiTi loves that she gets to raise her child in the same servant-leader environment that helped her find her own resilience, showing Zola the importance of community every day.
